Kitchen and open plan living room, Sevenoaks

Oaks Developments were commissioned to refurb an apartment in Sevenoaks, creating new open plan living and kitchen spaces.

This involved us demolishing a retaining wall, inserting a steel RSJ, completing all electrics, tacking, plastering, painting throughout. We also installed a fully fitted modern kitchen and laid new flooring.
